1. Return Application
Application Time: You have 14 days to apply for a return from the date you received the product.
Application Method: Please log in to your account, go to the "Order History" page, select the product you need to return, and fill out the return application form.
2. Product Status
Return Conditions: Returned products must be in unused condition with original labels, packaging and accessories. We do not accept returns of used, washed or damaged products.
Screening: All returned products will be inspected upon receipt. Only eligible products will be refunded.
3. Refund Processing
Refund Method: Refunds will be processed through your original payment method, and the processing time is usually 2 business days. Please note that bank processing time may vary.
Shipping Policy: If the return is due to product quality issues (e.g., defective or wrong shipment), we will cover the associated shipping costs. For all other cases, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Packaging Items: Please place the returned item in the original packaging to ensure that the item is not damaged during transportation.
Attaching Return Label: Please include a completed return request form in the package. If you do not receive a return label, please contact Customer Service for assistance.
